Tvoj Plot, meaning “Your Fence” in Slovak, is a Košice-based company specializing in durable wire mesh fences and more. Their unique technology—cast metal spikes resistant to corrosion for up to 50 years—sets them apart, along with skilled craftsmanship and customer-first service at fair prices. Our mission was to craft a complete visual identity, from the logotype and business cards to car wraps and a web design layout. The result? A cohesive brand with a polished corporate identity and a clear communication guide.

The logotype combines a symbol inspired by wire fence mesh with the initials “TP,” creating a design rooted in the company’s expertise. The angled cuts in the name’s ascenders echo the symbol’s geometry, emphasizing cohesion. Its bold lines and solid structure reflect Tvoj Plot’s reliability and technical know-how. The black and yellow palette conveys trust and approachability, while white and dark brown backgrounds complete the corporate color scheme with balance and versatility.

I created a comprehensive copywriting manual to guide Tvoj Plot’s communication and ensure consistency across all platforms. The manual emphasizes key brand pillars: Land Protection, highlighting privacy, safety, and estate security; Friendly Approach, with practical advice and tips; and Know-How, showcasing innovation, efficiency, and durability. It introduces a friendly, personalized tone tailored to the Slovak audience, using second-person singular for direct engagement. Rooted in the Caregiver and Strong Protector archetypes, the manual establishes a voice of care, reliability, and professionalism.

Frequently Asked Questions

What's the usual timeline for a project?

The timeline varies based on the project’s scope and size. Generally, creating a basic visual identity takes 4-6 weeks, while a comprehensive brand identity for larger companies can extend up to 3 months. A one-page web design, including research and wireframing, typically takes 3-6 weeks, with a similar timeframe for development in Webflow.

What's your payment policy?

The first half is paid as a deposit once we finalize the collaboration agreement. The remaining half is due upon final delivery. For projects exceeding €4,000 in total costs, I reserve the right to invoice at key milestones once the initial deposit is surpassed in project value.

What if I'm not satisfied with the outcome?

You’ll be involved throughout the entire project, with input and approval at each milestone, making dissatisfaction unlikely. However, if we can’t reach an agreement, you’ll only pay for the completed and approved portions of the project. You’ll receive all materials created so far, along with my recommendations for moving forward with a new designer—no hard feelings.

Collaboration policy

Smooth collaboration is key to a successful project. I commit to sticking to timelines and maintaining clear communication and expect the same from my clients. Missed deadlines, unresponsive communication, or delays can impact both sides, so I’ll establish timelines for key milestones, including video calls, meetings, or phase approvals. If deadlines aren’t respected without valid reasons, postponement fees may apply to both parties to ensure accountability and progress.
