Let’s say our first conversation resonated on both sides, and now we’re setting up a video call or meeting over coffee. What's next?
We begin by exploring your brand’s story, values, and the message you want to convey. This initial conversation shapes a brand identity that truly reflects who you are.
Through a deep analysis of your industry, competitors, and audience, I uncover the insights that set your brand apart, ensuring your visual identity truly stands out.
Built on a foundation of research and strategy, I create a visual identity that resonates with your audience, making your brand both memorable and authentic.
The timeline varies based on the project’s scope and size. Generally, creating a basic visual identity takes 4-6 weeks, while a comprehensive brand identity for larger companies can extend up to 3 months. A one-page web design, including research and wireframing, typically takes 3-6 weeks, with a similar timeframe for development in Webflow.
The first half is paid as a deposit once we finalize the collaboration agreement. The remaining half is due upon final delivery. For projects exceeding €4,000 in total costs, I reserve the right to invoice at key milestones once the initial deposit is surpassed in project value.
You’ll be involved throughout the entire project, with input and approval at each milestone, making dissatisfaction unlikely. However, if we can’t reach an agreement, you’ll only pay for the completed and approved portions of the project. You’ll receive all materials created so far, along with my recommendations for moving forward with a new designer—no hard feelings.
Smooth collaboration is key to a successful project. I commit to sticking to timelines and maintaining clear communication and expect the same from my clients. Missed deadlines, unresponsive communication, or delays can impact both sides, so I’ll establish timelines for key milestones, including video calls, meetings, or phase approvals. If deadlines aren’t respected without valid reasons, postponement fees may apply to both parties to ensure accountability and progress.
